Fire Empire LLC ("RealTimeFam", "we") runs the RealTimeFam apparel brand, the store at realtimefam.com. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

What we collect

• Orders. When you buy from us, the marketplace you used (Etsy, Amazon, or our own store) shares your name, shipping address, email, and order details so we can produce and ship your item. Payment details are handled by that marketplace and never reach us.
• Messages. If you contact us, we keep the message and your contact details to reply.
• Site analytics. Our website may use standard, aggregated analytics such as page views and referring sites. We do not build profiles of individual visitors.

How we use it

Only to fulfill and support your order, answer your questions, and understand which products people like. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Who we share it with

• Printful, our production partner, receives your name, shipping address, and order details to print and ship your item.
• Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver it.
• Marketplaces such as Etsy and Amazon process the sale under their own privacy policies.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Messages are kept until the question is resolved.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
